Before Noon features a patent-pending dual-layer technology with targeted interior silicone mapping that secures your foot inside the sock, combined with exterior sole grips for flawless stability on studio surfaces.

Our socks are meticulously engineered for Reformer and Mat Pilates, Barre conditioning, Yoga, and balance-based studio movements. Their refined aesthetic also makes them perfect for your slow morning routines at home.

We use premium, medical-grade soft silicone that is mapped ergonomically to flat areas of the foot. It is designed to feel like a supportive, second-skin hug rather than individual bumps, ensuring maximum comfort during intense movement.

We offer a true-to-size fit guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more secure, compression-like fit to ensure the internal grips perform optimally.

Our socks are crafted from a premium, high-density knit blend with superior elastic memory. They are engineered to retain their shape, compression, and snug fit even after rigorous studio sessions and washes.

To preserve the longevity of both the inside and exterior silicone grips, we highly recommend washing them as is (do not turn them inside out) in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay them flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying, bleaching or ironing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch for an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear. For returns, the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged/refunded items is at the customer's expense.
